OKU TIMUR — The English Education Study Program of Universitas Nurul Huda encourages all sixth-semester students to pay close attention to and follow the 2026 Thesis Proposal and Final Project supervision timeline that has been established.
The proposal writing period will take place from May 1 to June 2, 2026. Students are expected to make the best use of this time to prepare their proposals seriously and consult with the relevant lecturers whenever they encounter difficulties during the writing process.
Furthermore, the proposal supervision period is scheduled from June 3 to June 24, 2026, beginning with Supervisor 2 and followed by Supervisor 1. Students are encouraged to maintain active communication with both supervisors and complete all required revisions to ensure a smooth seminar process.
The Proposal Seminar Examination will be held from June 25 to July 2, 2026. Therefore, students are advised to ensure that all academic and administrative requirements have been fulfilled before the scheduled seminar date.
Following the proposal seminar, students are required to revise their proposals from June 24 to July 10, 2026, starting with revisions suggested by Examiner 2 and continuing with those from Examiner 1. All revisions should be completed on time to avoid delays in subsequent academic processes.
The Study Program also reminds students that the appointment of Final Project Supervisors will take place from June 24 to July 15, 2026, under the authority of the Head of the Study Program. Students are encouraged to regularly monitor official announcements issued by the Study Program.
In addition, please note that proposal seminars may be conducted outside the scheduled timeline if at least eight students have completed the registration process.
Let us make the most of each stage, remain disciplined in following the schedule, and actively consult with our supervisors. Completing the proposal on time is an important step toward finishing your studies and achieving graduation.
“Proposal completed, one step closer to graduation.”
